Good morning..

When you replaced the TCM did you program the pinion factor and perform a shift lever test?

Expert:  -Brad- replied 1 year ago.

The TCm will need to be programmed with a scantool before it will work properly..

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
is that something an autoparts store would have?
Expert:  -Brad- replied 1 year ago.

I wouldn't think so.. Here at the dealership I would use the DRBIII to program the TCM and once this is done it will shift and the boxes will go away from around the PRNDL..

We charge 1 hr which is around 100.00 to program modules..

Glad I could help and thank you for the positive rating,
