I installed upper and lower ball joints on my 1998 Dodge Ram

Customer: Hey ***** *****, I installed upper and lower ball joints on my 1998 Dodge Ram 1500. Used the press tool. went for a test drive and both upper ball joints popped loose out the top of the A-frame

It appears to me then that the upper control arm holes where the ball joints press into are worn out.

Did you remove the upper arms before using the press tool or did you use the tool while the arm was still on the vehicle?
