Is this the right fuse 7 in the picture?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
how does this explain the start error message, no crank, etc?

Sorry for the delay...

It cant run with fuse 7 blown out or it will run real bad. Someone has to explore the wiring as seen in the schematic to see where its shorted and also unplug each module in the schematic to see which one is shorted out if the wiring proves good. Its a serios job that no mistakes can be made in order to find the short.
