Hello and welcome to just answer. Have you checked to see if the refrigerant level is full? I ask this because a low refrigerant level will keep the clutch from engaging.

When I hock up my Gaues the pressure is 150psi .. When I look at compressor Clutch I not engaging .. Last summer the AC did work

Ok, Paul try this test : remove. The relay and look on the bottom of it. You will see that the terminals are numbered. Locate terminals 30 and 87. Now use a little jumper wire and jump the cavities where 30 and 87 plug into in the fuse box. See if the compressor clutch engages. Let me know.
