Your wanting to install a 6 speed from a 2003 into a automatic 2012?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
the reason asking is I have a transmission from an 2003 and the one in the 2012 has an incorrect ratio for 5,6 gear and need a new transmission and I need to know if it's possible

Sorry for the delay!!

I went and looked in our parts dept and the 6 speed in 2003 Ram with a 5.9 Cummins was part number 52108501AC and it fits 2003-2005 Ram. If you wanted to swap your automatic in the 2012 you would need a 52104714AE or R2104715AD that fits 2005-2016 Rams with 5.9 or 6.7 Cummins...
