Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!
I'm assuming you're referring to the airbag warning light. On some vehicles it would be possible to remove the bulb from the instrument cluster, on most modern vehicles there isn't an accessible incandescent bulb.
Removing the airbag light would be unsafe and illegal in any event. If the light is staying on it's because there is an issue in the airbag system that needs to be repaired, if you were wanting to disable an airbag because of a medical necessity then there are proper procedures that need to be followed.
What is the issue you're having?
