Hi again!

From the original post I wasn't aware that there was smoke during the hard start/no start period. You may have a fuel quality related concern. If the fuel is contaminated with water, gas, excessive biodeisel, etc then it could be causing the issue.

Did the problem start not long after getting fuel?

Has a sample been taken to check for cloudiness, separation, smell, discoloration, etc?
