Are you saying it cranks to long or starts but runs rough?

Customer: replied 2 years ago.
No, it does not do anything, sound the battery is dead. But have lights, radio & other instruments working . After I turned on my radio or other instruments for a minute or two. It's start right up. I never have trouble at home, where truck parks outside. I work at night shift, please call me today after 3:00 pm eastern time

When in the garage and it will not start, can you do some electrical diag with my help to see why it will not crank?

Which engine and transmission do you have?

Customer: replied 2 years ago.
3.7 liter . I am taking it to the dealer on Thursday

Since it is going to the dealer I assume the response to the last question I asked is no, you can not do any diag?
