Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!
There are quite a few things that could be going on. I'm assuming that everything operated correctly after the engine was replaced.
If all of these problems started at once I would first suspect a wiring issue or internal failure in the integrated power module. The ABS module, a/c control head and airbag module all rely on power from the ignition switch. It's possible that your switch has failed or there may be a connection issue at the switch due to heat damage, but I've seen wiring damage under the IPM cause this as well as internal issues in the IPM.
Does fuse 35 have power with the key on?

I think I found the problem, he did not switch the abs control modules when he did the swap. Thanx tho

If there was a VIN mismatch between the PCM and ABS module then the ABS light would be on with a VIN mismatch code, the same would go for the airbag module. This wouldn't explain an issue with the a/c though.
