Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!
I'm assuming it cranks but doesn't start and you have no fuel pressure or spark.
If there is no fuel pressure or spark, the fuel gauge and voltmeter don't work then the powertrain control module is own. The PCM is the module that controls all engine functions.
It would be best to use a scan tool to confirm there is no communication but if you find there is no spark or fuel then there is almost no doubt that the PCM is down. If it's down it could be a loss of power or ground, a short to ground on a reference voltage circuit, or a short to voltage on a sensor ground circuit. These things would need to be tested to know for sure but if fuses are good then the most likely cause would be an internal failure in the PCM.
