Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!
There are quite a few things that could prevent fuel pressure. If the pump was verified to be good then it could be a wiring issue, the ASD or fuel pump relay, a blown fuse, or the powertrain control module may not be awake. The PCM is the module that controls all engine functions, if the PCM was down then you would also find there is no spark.
What model is the vehicle and which engine do you have?
Have all fuses been checked?
Do you have spark?
