Hello and welcome to JustAnswer! There are quite a few things that will cause a hard start or no start condition. I'm assuming that the transfer pump was replaced in an attempt to repair this issue, rather than the rpoblem starting after the pump was replaced. The most common cause of a no start with a functional transfer pump would be a failed injector pump, but it could also be a cam or crank sensor issue, wiring, the fuel system relay, the ECM itself or a loss of power or ground to it, or possibly fuel drainback. The first step in diagnosing the problem is checking for fault codes in the ECM. Has this been one?
