Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!
At least one of your communication buses are down. There is an interior CAN bus and the high speed modules such as the engine controller communicate on a separate network, the TIPM being the gateway between the networks. You may have a failure in any module on the network that's down or it could be a short to power or ground in the bus wiring.
Did the problem start after any work was done, a jump start, accident, etc?
