Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!
There isn't anything that can be or would need to be synced after replacing the motor. The motor simply drives the door in either direction, the module watches current draw and switches to know when the door is opened and closed.
There are many things that will cause the door to not work ranging from the module, wiring, the latch, and power lock actuator. The most common issue for the door not working at all would be broken wiring in the harness in the lower door opening.
What was the issue the motor was replaced for?
