Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!
You could have a wring issue or an internal failure in the TIPM. The TIPM is the module/fuse box under the hood which controls the lighting.
If all lights were lost at once I would first suspect a wiring issue. The problem may be in the rear or along the left frame rail as it goes up to the front. There is an area prone to damage behind the left front tire area.
Have you tried a battery disconnect?
Have you checked for wiring damage or an unplugged connector?
