There are quite a few things you could have going on. If the clutch coil is good and the system is charged then the problem could be the pressure transducer, a wiring issue, the compressor relay, the integrated power module, the control head, evaporator temperature sensor, or it could be an ambient temperature issue. If the front control module doesn't see an accurate ambient temperature reading it can disable the compressor.
Does the overhead console show the correct temperature?
Are any fault codes setting in the PCM?
