Customer Question

Right rear tail lights out. Front left signal and running lights not working. The front right lights all work and rear left lights all work. Turn signal to the left works fine. Right turn signal just gives a high pitch buzz near fuse box. Headlights work high and low.

Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!
It's possible that there could be a wiring or bulb issue but it could also be a failure in the central timer module, which is what control the lights among some other electrical features. The CTM is in the left kick panel near where you believed the noise was coming from.
A failed CTM will sometimes work again at least temporarily after a battery disconnect. Have you tired a battery disconnect?
