Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!
If you have one coil that isn't being driven it could be a failed driver in the PCM, the coil itself, or a wiring issue.
If the coil pack and PCM have been replaced and the wiring harness was replaced with a new part then I'm assuming the problem is still happening because of the order the parts were replaced. If the original coil had shorted and damaged the driver in the PCM, the PCM was replaced but not the coil initially then the driver in the replacement PCM would have failed.
If the coil is good, the driver circuit load tests good and isn't shorted to power or ground then the problem has to be a damaged driver in the replacement PCM.
