My 99 dodge ram 1500 only blows cold on the lowest setting. Anything else and it blows hot. What could the problem be?

Hello, my name is***** you for allowing me to assist you! Sounds like a broken HVAC blend door inside of the HVAC housing. The higher fan speeds is blowing the door over to the hot side and allowing hot air from the heater core to enter the housing and vents. Have the blend door and blend door actuator checked and replaced. I cannot think of anything else that would cause this.
