do you mean both wires at the coil are hot with the key on ?what is the problem with this that started you replacing parts ?

With the wires unhooked they are both hot but the reason is I don't no fire coming from the hot side

both the dk blue wire and the wire that goes to the distributor ?
Or do you have the system with the spark control computer ?

No it's on the the fire wall

ok, disconnect the plug from that and see if it still has bat power at the black/yellow wire at the coil

Bad ignition ground
