sorry for the delay............
Greetings...... “Hi, I’m Don (akaCustomer and I look forward to helping you!”
IF you are adding Coolant on a regular basis & see NO leaks on the engine, Ground, Coolant Bottle, or under Carpet under dash, then the Coolant is likely going out the Exhaust.
Prior to any Repair, you need to have a "Reputable Radiator Shop" provide a Pressure & Gas Test to see if the Head or Block is allowing Coolant to pass.
Not unusual for this to happen

did you need more information?
IF you do NOT see any Coolant leaking, then the Pressure Test can show IF there is Internal Coolant leak.
Oil does NOT have to be discolored, if the Coolant is going out the Exhaust.
Many times you will not see the Coolant out the back, as the Exhaust will make it disapate
