Hello. My name is ***** ***** I will be helping you today. If you just want it to work with the A/C on you could tap into the compressor clutch wiring to control a relay then just run a fused wire from B+ to the relay and from there to your fan. Ground to the core support.

that i understand could be done off of the clutch however that clutch actuates on and off all winter long while using defroster did not want it to be used during defrost cycle only during ac for cooling vehicle compartment

Thats true but its the only way to only have it on when the A/C is on. Everything else is ran on a high speed bus. Unless you can create a module that will communicate wih the climate control module to know when the A/C is on or not you can not differentiate when its on for a/c or defrost.

If you dont want it on during the winter put a toggle switch somewhere and turn it off during the winter months.
