My electronic throttle control light stays on and the there is no rpm ,how can I take it out of this safe mode

As the expert explained to you on the 25th, there is no reset procedure.
It is NOT in any type of safe mode. When the ETC light is on and there is no throttle response, this means that there is a hard fault in the ETC system - either the accelerator pedal position sensor, the computer, or the electronic throttle body.
Have you had it scanned for fault codes yet, and if so, what are they?
