I have a 2007 dodge 3500 with coolant in my transmission what is happening to my truck?

Welcome and thank you for allowing me to assist you! Tis is a failed/internally leaking transmission oil cooler. There is a trans cooler mounted to the left rear side of the engine block and uses coolant to control the temperature of the transmission fluid. This cooler is leaking coolant into the transmission lines and will need to be replaced. After it is replaced, then the transmission will need to have the filter replaced and the system completely flushed out.
