Welcome and thank you for allowing me to assist you! Have you actually removed the instrument cluster and checked for power and ground at the cluster's connector?

Hang on Bryce, I will look it up and be right back.




Ok Bryce there should be power on the solid PINK wire at all times, and power on the RED wire with a White stripe when the ignition is on. The ground is the solid black wire. If you do confirm this, then the printed circuit board in the cluster has failed and will need to be replaced. You can get a new board from the Dodge dealer's parts department.
