Hello and Welcome to JustAnswer,

My name is XXXXX XXXXX I am here to try and assist your with your question. Can you hear the blower motor change speeds when they are changed?

Expert:  brownjeff replied 6 years ago.
If the blower speed is changing and the air out of the vent is not then there is a problem with a door inside the heater and a/c box not moving and this is causing the lack of air flow.
