1999 Dodge Ram 1500 replace a serpentine belt

This answer was rated:

Trying to replace a serpentine belt on a 1999 Dodge Ram 1500 truck with a V8 engine. I can't figure out the tension pulley. How do you loosen it to get the new belt over it? The previous one broke, so I didn't have to loosent the pulley to get the belt off.
the tensioner is spring loaded all you need to do is put a 15mm wrench on the bolt in the center of the pulley and move the pulley towards the center of the engine and install the belt then let the wrench go back once the belt is installed
