hello, you got a couple things going on, p0304 is a misfire detected on cylinder 4, P0340 is loss of cam position sensor signal at the pcm,and p0138 is for bank 1 sensor 2 oxygen sensor shorted to voltage. the first thing id recommend is clearing the codes and driveing it and see what ones return, as there are a number of things that can cause those codes and not one fault that i know of can cause all three.
