Engine light on. Found trouble code PO 132 02 circuit high voltage bnk1 sensor 1. What does this mean and can I repair or replace sensor and where is sensor located?

It depends just how high the voltage is.

It could mean the engine has an over rich mixture or that power is shorted into the O/2 sensor signal wire from something else.

You would need to manually check the voltage with a DVOM and proceed accordingly.
