how can I get rid of Folliculitis?
JA: Can you tell me about all the symptoms you've noticed (e.g. itching, rash, new birthmarks or moles)?
Customer: ive been getting lots of red bumps, but they are not painful nor itching
JA: How long have you been dealing with this? Does anything in particular seem to make the bumps better or worse?
Customer: since a couple of months, msybe 8 months
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
Customer: I am sexually active so I dont know if it may be an std or just a skin problem

I only have them in my butt, but i havent gotten any treatment. Im male 20 years old.

Well as you describe, chances of STD on buttock are very less likely.

Now I would recommend some self-care measures like
Do warm water sitz bath with betadine solution twice a day for 5-10 minutes.
And afterward, apply OTC 1% hydrocortisone cream mixed with bacitracin ointment twice a day.

Clean the area with DIAL soap and use OTC Abzorb powder afterward.
You should avoid frequent washing.
And keep the area dry and clean.
Wear loose-fitting cotton clothes to prevent friction.
Take OTC Motrin and Claritin for few days.

If your symptoms persist then see a dermatologist for further evaluation and management.
