JA: Can you tell me about all the symptoms you've noticed (e.g. itching, rash, new birthmarks or moles)?
Customer: i have an itchy raised bump on my fore arm about the size of a dime, it is pinkish red in color
JA: How long have you been dealing with this? Does anything in particular seem to make the itch better or worse?

my girlfriend got a puppy a few weeks ago and he's had some issues with fleas
although i don't believe i'm allergic to dogs as i grew up with a dog

Just asking since this could be an allergic dermatitis

I don't think it's fungal like ringworm

But it's nothing at all serious

For now I'd suggest over the counter 1% hydrocorisone cream twice a day for a week and some oral Claritin or Zyrtec

That should clear it up
