Her age is 24. She has realized this for about a month. No healthcare supplement she takes. No peeling of skin

Well as you describe,possible causes may include increased pigmentation,Eczema,Hormonal changes,Freckles.

She needs to be seen by a dermatologist for further evaluation and management.
