Customer Question

Hi! I was wondering if i could get help in seeing if i have folliculitis. My health centre is reluctant to test and I'm unsure :/
JA: Have you seen a doctor about this yet? What medications are you taking?
Customer: I saw a GP in the health centre and she gave me hydrocortisone cream and Doxycycline hyclate 100mg
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
Customer: I had scabies in August and i have asthma (so sometimes i have allergy rashes). Other than that, i've never had skin problems
JA: How long have you been dealing with the skin issue? Have you noticed any major changes in your overall skin or nails recently?
Customer: I've been dealing with it for two weeks. My skin is becoming dry, itchy and scabby, and my nails are getting weaker (and somehow really dirty within 2 minutes after washing hands)
