I have a pinkish hard bump on my chest where there used to be acne. I did accutain and it didn't go away like the rest of my acne did but the area it's in got a bad sunburn. I'm 14 and have no clue what it is

It looks like a Keloid/Hypertrophic scar on the chest. This is caused due to abnormal healing of the skin which results in the hard bump.

You would need to apply over the counter anti scar gel on the area containing Silicone gel

You can also apply a patch of Silicone gel on the area daily to suppress the area.

For the other small areas of dry spots you can apply over the counter cream like Calamine lotion .
