Dermatology Questions? Ask an Online Dermatologist.
Hi Dr. Ashori here. I can recommend something over the counter but we don't give prescriptions over this platform. Please send me the picture and I can help you out.
You have 3 different issues going on.
You have comedones.
You have inflamed cysts.
You have mild rosacea.
First make sure you are not eating or drinking anything that sets this off.
Alcohol and sugars and a lot of carbs such as too much bread or rice will set these off.
To control the comedones you will need to wash your face daily with either benzoyl prexode 5% or salycilic acid washes. These are over the counter.
The cystic acne will go away once you control the comedones, thankfully you don't have a lot of those.
Avoid any alcohol on your face and try not to use any moisturizer except cetaphil face cleanser.
I hope you read what I wrote, that should help you figure out what to do next.
