recently I've been getting small pimples (one at a time) on the tip of my nose or around the rim of a nostril. I've NEVER had pimples -- any ideas?
JA: How long have you been dealing with this? Are you having any breathing problems?
Customer: just the past few months -- no breathing problems
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
Customer: no -- only take thyroid meds, healthy, active, exercise

Most often pimples are due to "clogged" skin pores.

Wash the area with facial scrubs daily, and monitor the area for at least one week. If there's worsening in the number or enlargement of the size or colorful discharge, these can be an indication of another etiology / skin pathology going on that can be better examined during an exam.
