I have a small rash next to my eye, just wondering what your opinion was on whats going on, its a bit of dry skin, been flaking a bit, a few zits around it which seem normal but i was wondering what the best treatment is to get rid of it. thanks

little bit irritated but its nothing overly meds no new productsnot spreading from what i can see, its been around just getting on a week now

Well as you describe and your picture is suggesting mild case of dermatitis.

So you should apply OTC 1% hydrocortisone cream and bacitracin ointment.

Also wash your face with OTC Dial anti-bacterial soap.

You should gentle clean your face.

You should take OTC Motrin and Zyrtec for 3-5 days at night.

If your symptoms'll not improve then see your doctor for further evaluation and management.

Otherwise most likely it'll resolve.
