How is your nutrition ? Good nutrition is important to skin health ...

Have thyroid function checked ...

You may benefit to take Vitamin C 500 mg a day and zinc 50 mg a day ..

You may have some benefit to apply moiturizing lotion to skin twice a day -- DERMEND , Aquafor, a topical with aloe may help

Vitamin E within a lotion may help
