My daughter has a rash that is primarily on the outer thighs

Customer Question

My daughter has a rash that is primarily on the outer thighs and back of her thighs. There are a few bumps on her lower legs and buttocks as well. Bumps are red and very tender to the touch, itch mildly, and some have a small whitehead. I put Allegra cream on it last night when she first showed me, but tonight it looks like it is spreading. It's certainly more red and raised than before.

Is she having fever or recently had any flu like symptoms?

Felt a little warm yesterday but I attributed it to a little sunburn from the weekend and didn't check her temp. Vomitted once Friday but pretty sure she was just carsick. Only complaint has been a headache and a "coughing problem" that I haven't heard.
