This is Dr. David

you could be having something called pitting edema which is when the swelling in your legs are so severe and the blood vessels and skin in your legs are not in very good shape that fluid in your soft tissues from swelling can seep out of your skin.

this can happen with severe cases of edema and swelling.

how old are you?

do you have diabetes?
