My 11 years old grandson has a rash as a group of brown/blue

Customer Question

My 11 years old grandson has a rash as a group of brown/blue spots on his chest and upper thigh. He has it already for a few weeks and it does not disappear. The spots are slowly spreading. The boy does not have other symptoms. The blood tests have been made and they are normal. This rash does not seem itchy; the boy does not scratch these spots. Unfortunately the boy is autistic and can't express his feelings clearly.
It's difficult to describe this rash more accurately. It would be very helpful if I can send a picture.
Thank you so much for your assistance.
Best regards
