JA: How long have you been dealing with this issue? Any other skin concerns?

JA: Please give me a bit more information, so the Doctor can help you best.
Customer: It is a bumpy rash with clear liquid in them.
JA: Is there anything else the Doctor should be aware of?
Customer: It will be there for a few days and then it will scab over and leave a scar.

The scars on his face is from when it happened before.

Hi

This looks like a contact dermatitis, much like poison IVY

Something he is getting exposed to.

It probably needs steroid to prevent scarring.

Go to a dermatologist immediately.

Have a sample of the rash sent tot he lab to get to the bottom of the diagnosis.

Ok. But I don't understand why he gets a rash in that same spot like twice a year for the last 8 years.

That is hard to answer until there is a diagnosis.

Eczema is another possibility which will come and go, often in the same spot.

A sample of the rash should reveal if this is the case.
