are they painful?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No and not itchy
Expert:  Dr. David replied 1 year ago.

they look like from blocked skin pores or possibly from molloscum contagiosum which is from a virus which can cause water warts.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Any treatment i should use ,or will they go away by itself ?
Expert:  Dr. David replied 1 year ago.

molloscum usually goes away on its own in 6-12 months.

Antiseptics such as hydrogen peroxide cream or povidone iodine solution

Podophyllotoxin cream

Wart paints containing salicylic acid

Cantharidine solution

can be used

Still confused on what caused this ? Do I have to live with them for 6 -12 months ?
Expert:  Dr. David replied 1 year ago.

a virus causes them

but they are not dangerous

and your body's immune will get rid of them in 6-12 months.

you can try those creams as well

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Is it contagious ?
I had 2 on other side of the shaft and they kind of went away in one day , I don't understand the 6-12 months u are referring to , I probably have something else than what u were not able to diagnose with the pic
Expert:  Dr. David replied 1 year ago.

yes, molloscum contagiosum is very contagious.

some people clear molloscum faster than 6 months.

if you have a good immune system, then you most likely will clear it in a few weeks.

or a few days.
