I have a mole that is under my arm, I shave alot and I noticed this raised mole became red as if irritated. A week later the tip has turned black. Could this be melanoma? I also have flat moles that have appeared to stretch due to weight gain, but look odd.

My grandmother had skin cancer on her nose but not Melanoma. Looked like a scab and then removed.

No , this is definitely not a melanoma.

This is like a skin tag with a clot of blood at the edge of the mole.

This is very commonly seen in the under arm area .

This is definitely not a melanoma . I am 100 % sure.
