This is Dr. David

this lump could be a subaceous cyst or an infected skin cyst or boil or an ingrown hail follicle.

warm to the touch can be a sign of infection

you should bring her to the ER or urgent care center tomorrow to see if it is infected

to see if she needs a course of antibiotics possibly.

do you have an urgent care center or ER where she can be seen?

is the area tender?
