I have a very light white spot on my upper index finger, I will send a picture as well. Does this look like acute hep or cirrhosis?

From the picture that you have sent , it does not look like Vitiligo. It looks more like it is a post inflammatory hypopigmentation.

The fact that you have a tiny spot on the right side of your neck , I would suggest the step ahead would be start application of a good aloe vera based moisturizer on the area daily.

You should also try and get an examination of the area done under a special light called UVB light ( Woods lamp ) available at the Dermatologists clinic.

It looks totally benign white spot which may have occurred secondary to inflammation .

This does not look like psoriasis, cirrhosis nor is it acute hep.
