Hello from JustAnswer.
How large are these seborrheic keratoses?

I had asked for some further information and have not heard back.
The best treatments to get rid of seborrheic keratoses would only be available from your doctor.
Of the over the counter creams, there are a couple creams that have action against seborrheic keratoses, but they are better at shrinking seborrheic keratoses than getting rid of them. These creams are ammonium lactate and alpha hydroxy acids.
There also are over the counter freezing products that are primarily marketed for warts, but also can be used for seborrheic keratoses. The over the counter products are not as strong as what can be done by a doctor, so would typically only be effective for smaller, or less thick, seborrheic keratoses.
If I can provide any further information, please let me know.
