I developed an irritation on the head of my penis that appears

Customer Question

I developed an irritation on the head of my penis that appears to be ringworm but I'm not sure. It started when the weather got really hot and muggy about a week ago. It doesn't itch, sting or hurt in any way and there's nothing oozing from the irritation or my penis itself. I reluctantly took a picture of the irritation if that'll help figure out what it is.
Thank you,
