Customer Question

I just got back from Costa Rica and developed a rash on my hand (very tiny, slightly raised blister patches with clear liquid.). I was staying a half hour from San Jose in the mountains. Any idea what I may have and how to treat it?

It may be hard to see, but it is worse on my hand (blisters are more raised and more densely clustered.)

Very non descript.
It looks like a mild form of dyshydrotic eczema.
It could also be dermatitis from any other cause including allergy.
You need to have this examined under magnification.
Conventional treatment is likely to be steroid cream.

Not an emergency, but needs prescription treatment.
