In the last 12-18 months I have developed what people call

Customer Question

In the last 12-18 months I have developed what people call "sunspots" on my face. One is rather large, but there are about 5 or 6 other smaller spots. They are not raised or multi-colored. My local dermatologist just says they are from the sun, and prescribed
me hydroquinone to bleach them, but it has done nothing to help over the last 6 months. I apply 50SPF sunscreen whenever I know I will be in the sun for the afternoon, but most of my days I am indoors (I work from home for the last 6 years). For it to suddenly
appear without sun exposure concerns me. Could this be caused by anything else?

Hi Dr Phil,Here are some pics. Quality is not great. Tomorrow I can use an attachment for my phone to zoom in and get a clearer more detailed macro shot.
